These policies are general guidelines for KIND HANDS and are not legal advice.

Privacy policy

KIND HANDS is a self-employed, one-person business. I collect the information you send through my forms (such as your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and details about your home) only to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule cleanings, and send invoices.

  • I do not sell your personal information.
  • Form messages are delivered to me by a third-party form service (Web3Forms).
  • Invoices and payments are handled by Square. I never see or store your full card number, and this website does not collect card details.
  • To ask me to correct or delete your information, contact me at bersanchangemaker@gmail.com.

Terms of service

  • The $55 to $120 range shown for Standard Cleaning is an estimate only. Prices are set in a written quote based on the size, condition, and needs of the home. A cleaning is confirmed only after you accept the quote and I confirm a date and time.
  • Submitting a quote or booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present or authorize access to the home.
  • Standard cleanings and add-ons are paid after the cleaning. Deep cleanings require 50% paid before the cleaning, with the remainder paid after. Payment is made using the invoice link I send you.

Cancellation policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 1 to 2 days before your appointment, so I can offer that time to someone else. You can cancel or reschedule by emailing bersanchangemaker@gmail.com.

Service limitations

  • The tasks included in each service are listed on my website and confirmed in your quote. Not every task is included in every service.
  • I clean accessible surfaces and areas, and I am happy to move heavy items when it is safe to do so. I may decline to move something that is unsafe or could be damaged, or to clean areas that are unsafe to reach.
  • Some stains, wear, or damage may not be fully removable by cleaning.
  • I may decline or adjust a job if a home's condition or hazards (such as mold, biohazards, or pests) are beyond a standard residential cleaning.
